Lead and manage defense litigation cases, including first-chair courtroom responsibilities.Develop strategic litigation plans and budget case costs efficiently.Analyze cases thoroughly, evaluating exposures and formulating defense strategies.Conduct research, writing, and oral advocacy with precision.Collaborate effectively with clients, maintaining strong client relations and a customer-focused approach.Engage in successful negotiation tactics, demonstrating a proven record of accomplishment.Ensure compliance with South Carolina's substantive and procedural law and federal procedural rules.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.Proven courtroom litigation experience, preferably in a first-chair capacity.Strong background in South Carolina law and federal procedural rules.Excellent analytical, research, and advocacy skills.Education:
Law degree from an accredited institution.Active license to practice law in South Carolina.Certifications:
Admission to the South Carolina Bar.Skills:
