We are steadfast in our commitment to the advisor-centered model and the belief that Americans deserve access to personalized guidance from a financial advisor.Job Overview:The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Institutional Relationship Management serves as part of a team dedicated to an institution that has both product manufacturing divisions and financial professionals or financial advisors. The AVP role is within LPL’s client success division supporting the institutions distribution channel. This role will focus on deepening relationships and delivering added value by increasing engagement with the full breadth of tools and resources LPL provides.The relationship management team is responsible for the leadership of a product manufacturer institutional client, where the LPL AVP acts as a growth and efficiency consultant, providing a proactive approach. The AVP will be a point of contact responsible for carrying out the tenants of an aligned strategic partnership between firms to drive revenue growth and business efficiencies.Responsibilities:Identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.Manage high profile and complex situations with ease.Execute the operating governance structure across specific functional partnership pods.Responsible for ongoing strategic alignment and day-to-day business management.Deliver ongoing KPI and SLA reporting management aligned to institutional priorities.Coordinate and maintain standing governance structures with frequent meetings.Implement the institutional client interaction model.Lead efforts supporting day-to-day operational and solutions management.Examine trends, develop insights, and create solutions to better support advisors.Partner with conference services to deliver exceptional education and conference events.What are we looking for?We want

continuous improvement .Requirements:4-7+ years experience in financial services, preferably in a sales and/or client service/relationship management capacity.Series 7, 63 preferred; additional licenses or designations are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.Core Competencies:Expert consensus builder who drives change across initiatives.Prior experience managing relationships in the institutional space.Extensive knowledge of the client segment and end customer.Demonstrated knowledge of the financial service industry, compliance, products, and services.Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.Pay Range:

$111,000.00 - $185,000.00.
