Job Overview:

Joining as a Senior Developer on the Advisory Flexibility team within the Technology business unit, you will be responsible for planning and directing projects to help design, build, and maintain sustainable, scalable capabilities that support the delivery of high-quality software products and processes. This role will also include responsibility for leading special projects to drive more quality, scope, and scale in the offering and provide technical leadership to other team members.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, tune, and implement n-tiered web-based applications.

Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain various platforms and their integration with other systems.

Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining the platform roadmap.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.

Work collaboratively with QA and DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD tool chains and develop automation.

Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.

Design and develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture.

Implement design patterns and coding best practices.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience working with .NET/C# or related Microsoft Tech Stack.

3+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

2+ years of experience working with AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service.

1+ year of hands-on experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

3+ years of in-depth hands-on working experience with SQL Server.

Core Competencies:

Experienced in using design patterns and implementing them with C#.

Experienced in designing and developing microservices using CQRS pattern.

Experienced in working with AWS EKS and other related AWS services.

Hands-on experience using Git and related workflows.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experienced working in an Agile Scrum environment.

Comfortable asking questions, with natural curiosity and a drive to learn.

Preferences:

Hands-on experience using Confluent Kafka is a plus.

Experience with application architecture.

Experience working with caching solutions like Elastic Cache Redis.

Experience working with source control tools like TFS, GIT, etc.

Working with Entity Framework or any other .Net ORM tools.

Pay Range:

$140,500.00 - $234,100.00. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
