Workplace Experience AmbassadorPosition Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Workplace Experience Ambassador to serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collecting feedback related to workplace services, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the care and comfort of client employees and guests.Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction:Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitorsHandle employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to workplace servicesExecute concierge services in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), standard processes, and applicable laws and regulationsService Quality Assurance:Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services deliveryEnsure compliance with SLAs, policies, regulations, and performance metricsStrive for flawless execution and stable service delivery for clientsData Management and Reporting:Support data collection, analysis, and reportingEnsure alignment with clients' goals and objectivesSecurity and Access Management:Create and distribute security badges using the client's proprietary web-based systemMonitor and manage badge access system for security doorsManage visitor registration through the client's web-based system toolContinuous Improvement:Strive to continually improve experience service performanceAchieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and client objectivesCollaboration and Communication:Maintain a working relationship with on-site Facilities/maintenance teamNotify relevant parties when contractors and facilities-related visitors enter the premisesWork with other Hub sites to align best practices, communications, and activitiesAdministrative Support:Provide onboarding support for new employeesManage office supplies inventory and orderingPromote site activities and events using Teams and Engage platformsTechnical Skills:Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteProficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar Management, Excel, and PowerPointAdditional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
