Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies for both brands across both the USA & LATAM.Own 4 Ps:

Design and execute 4Ps strategy. Develop and implement price, promotion, product & placement strategies to effectively disrupt the path to purchase. Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to align on promotions, product launches, pricing strategies, and in-store experiences.Own and Ensure Through the Line planning:

Own and drive through the line planning end to end to ensure winning execution.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on brand goals and initiatives.Budget Management:

Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment. Track the performance of trade activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.Support for Account Directors and Sales Team:

Work in close partnership with account directors and the sales team to support the execution of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with key retail strategies and goals. Responsible for building retailer sell stories.In-Store Merchandising:

Oversee the development and execution of in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and other visual merchandising initiatives to ensure brand visibility and engagement at the point of purchase.Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report on the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Monitor sales data, promotional results, pricing effectiveness, and competitive activity.New Product Launches:

Lead trade marketing efforts for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and securing retailer support for successful product rollouts.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field7+ years of experience in sales and/or trade marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industryStrong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape, including mass, specialty, and e-commerce channels; understanding of LATAM retail landscape a plusProven experience working with major U.S. retailers such as Target, Ulta, and SephoraExperience developing and executing pricing strategies in alignment with promotional plansExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing budgets and working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong entrepreneurial spiritWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary, bonus, and benefits.
