Deliver Digital Products that consistently exceed customer expectations, improve the ease and convenience of personalized, self-service options, and continually drive towards desired outcomes. Prioritize our customer's needs and align our Digital Product roadmap to deliver delightful experiences that solve their needs and challenges in the moments that matter.This role is eligible for our FLEX persona.Your Day to DayCollaborates with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand initiative and epic vision. Defines and manages program epics/features backlogs in support of initiative vision - decomposing epics into features and prioritizing them appropriately.Participates in appropriate ceremonies for ongoing decomposition & prioritization (e.g., Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective).Drives story refinement sessions, communicates requirements to the team, helps with design decisions, and coordinates delivery of dependencies.Leads story grooming sessions that involve business stakeholders, CX, UX, and Engineering teams.Think Minimum Viable Product, coupled with continuous improvement; Think Consumer and Digital First, focus on Insights and KPI's driven approach - CSAT, NPS and other Customer Satisfaction Goals.*This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
