The attorney will work closely with clients, experts, and senior attorneys to build case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property laws, regulations, and precedents.Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.Assist in the preparation of discovery requests and responses.Contribute to case strategy development and provide actionable recommendations to senior attorneys.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.Collaborate with clients, experts, and team members to collect and evaluate evidence.Maintain accurate and well-organized case files and documentation.Stay current with legal developments and industry trends related to intellectual property litigation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.2-3 years of demonstrated expertise in intellectual property litigation, ideally within a large law firm environment.Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, including patents.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise recommendations.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.Proficiency with legal research tools and technology.Preferred Qualifications:An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field is a plus.
