Is now hiring an experienced LVN to be Director of Staff Development (DSD). JTPACC is a 58-bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley, CA, with a skilled memory care unit. We are interested in an experienced or motivated LVN to help lead our team. We offer extensive training for experienced or new DSDs, including training/certification for LVNs who want to become a DSD.Job Duties:
The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible for the orientation and training of nursing staff and conducts orientation for our ancillary staff as appropriate. The DSD, while being responsible for CNA staffing, will have the assistance of our full-time scheduler assistant.Shift time: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm (flexible)Location:
