The candidate will utilize their extensive project management expertise and leadership skills to drive project execution, mitigate risks, and achieve strategic objectives.What your day-to-day will look like:Project Planning & Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans within laboratory environments, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Define project objectives, key deliverables, and success criteria. Closely collaborate with solutions development, sales, and operations.Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and proactively addressing deviations.Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Utilize data analytics to track project performance, identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key organizational and client stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and ensure project buy-in.Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or issues that may impact project success.

Team Leadership & Development:

Motivate and inspire project team members to achieve high performance.Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Delegate tasks effectively, empowering team members to contribute and grow.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.Identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Share best practices and lessons learned with other project teams.Utilize data analysis to identify areas of improvement.

Other:

Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

What we are looking for:Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects with multiple stakeholders.Experience in the Life Sciences industry is required.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficient in project management tools and software.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
