Urology Opportunity with Mercy in Thriving, Family-Friendly Joplin, MO

Mercy Clinic is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join us in Joplin, Missouri. You will share call and work closely with a large group of experienced physicians and 2 APPs. We are an established, stable, comprehensive, and busy practice with many patients and diverse cases available. A full spectrum of urology can be performed here. We anticipate a short ramp-up period and a very successful recruitment.Mercy Urology Joplin Offers:Focus on the area of practice you enjoy as we perform the latest and advanced urology procedures: The main OR has 1 dedicated room with a mounted cysto table and Fluro. The ESWL comes once per week.One hospital only with clinic, surgery center, and hospital on the same campus!Experienced clinic and support staff.We offer comprehensive services including: da Vinci Xi robotics, laparoscopic urology, interstim, urodynamics, Holmium laser, ultrasound, pelvic floor rehab.Up to four OR days per week.1:6 hospital call or better with APP support for calls.APP support rounding in hospital.Access to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on any niche or specialty interest.Compensation & Benefits:Two-year guaranteed salary for ramp-up and then wRVU production.
