As

Consumer Marketing Director, Cabenuva,

you will lead DTC creative and media strategy, execution, and measurement. Our candidate should have a passion for marketing and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and external agency partners. You will manage a team of 3 marketing managers, and a large budget. The role reports to the Sr Director Consumer Marketing ViiV Healthcare.

This role will be based out of ViiV's US Headquarters in Durham, NC (RTP Area) with 2-3 days in office & eligible for a domestic relocation package.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

Effectively partner with brand teams and matrix partners to help meet brand objectives

Develop effective consumer/patient strategies, campaigns and tactics to drive brand growth

Manage media plans to ensure effective and efficient investment

Measure and continually optimize all investments; effectively manage large budget

Ensure effective relationships with multiple agencies (creative, media, CRM, and patient ambassadors)

Lead and develop team of Marketing Managers

Lead strategies and tactics to address implementation challenges

Why you?Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree & 6 plus years of pharmaceutical experience to include HCP and/or patient marketing

Knowledge of core product marketing principles and campaign execution

Experience identifying customer insights and using analytics to create measurable customer-focused programs

Experience in marketing, advertising, and media experience including digital

Experience Leading Others in a cross-functional environment

Experience working with Key Stakeholders

Experience managing multiple projects at the same time; Experience operating in a highly regulated environment and industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct to Consumer Pharma Marketing experience; experience with specialty pharmaceuticals/ injectables a plus

Graduate Degree level (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience

Marketing competencies including insights, positioning, segmentation, consumer journey, competitive understanding, positioning, strategy, brief development, media/campaign planning and orchestration, measurement and optimization

Experience building consensus and influencing others, presenting to senior leadership, prioritization, working in ambiguity, and proactive risk management
