Job DescriptionFabletics is currently looking for a Director, CRM Marketing.

How Do You Fit In?The Director, CRM Marketing is responsible for leading the CRM program for Fabletics across all categories, including Women, Men, and Scrubs. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that drive improvements in acquisition and retention metrics through a performance-oriented approach to marketing and lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and push notifications.

The Director, CRM Marketing will oversee all aspects of Fabletics' CRM efforts, providing strategic direction and managing a team of Managers and Specialists. Collaboration with the Operations team, which manages the technical aspects of CRM and system development, is key to the role’s success. Additionally, the Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, creative, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure continued growth across the business and a world-class execution of our marketing campaigns.

This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

What You Will Do:

Design and implement a best-in-class CRM marketing strategy for Fabletics, spanning all categories—including Women, Men, and Scrubs—to drive significant improvements in acquisition and retention metrics.

Lead the evolution of our CRM approach from a channel-first to a message-first strategy, establishing a robust omni-channel framework; serve as the strategic leader for the integration of AI and ML into our CRM initiatives.

Manage and mentor the CRM team, consisting of managers, specialists, and coordinators, focused on driving successful acquisition and retention campaigns. Ensure the team analyzes performance trends and prioritizes high-impact projects.

Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities to increase CRM’s revenue contribution through a data-driven, testing-focused approach, continuously optimizing lifecycle touchpoints.

Regularly present performance results to senior leadership, leveraging insights to enhance strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams to bring bold marketing campaigns and promotions to life, driving business growth and customer engagement.

What You Can Bring:

7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing programs.

Energy, creativity, and a forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on the future of marketing.

Retail, apparel, and/or DTC industry experience is highly desirable.

Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.

Advanced quantitative analysis skills, with a strong aptitude for numbers and the ability to conduct complex calculations with speed and precision.

Deep expertise in customer insights, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions and translate data into actionable plans.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of taking ownership with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Proven experience in managing and mentoring team members with multiple years of experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $134,300-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
