In 2024, Tinder won four Effie Awards for its first-ever global brand campaign, “It Starts with a Swipe.”The Team or RoleAs a Sr PM on the Core team, you will join an experienced team of Product leaders within the Core Pillar at Tinder, reporting directly to the Director of Product Management. The Core team is responsible for overseeing and driving innovation across our Profile, Discovery, and Chat experiences that connect our members. This is an incredibly high-impact role, and you will have the opportunity to shape how millions of people present themselves to find meaningful connections.In this role, you will:Lead, influence, and take responsibility for the strategy, outcomes, and execution of the Core Profile roadmap.Develop strategies and experiences to inspire the creation of highly relevant Profile content so that users can better express themselves to potential matches.Build out infrastructure that continues to display the right content at the right time so that people can spark new connections more easily.Collaborate with our engineering, machine learning, data science, and design teams to solve core user problems and drive business results.Define the requirements, design, and delivery of user-facing features to create best-in-class experiences to help drive self-expression leading to increased ecosystem impact within Tinder.Balance inputs from a wide variety of stakeholders with member and business needs to make informed trade-off decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Marketing, Member Experience, Creative, Legal, Privacy, and X-Product teams, to amplify the impact and drive high-quality execution.Gather insights from Consumer/UX Research and data analysis to inform decision-making.You’ll need:A minimum of 5+ years of product management in a high-growth consumer tech company.Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users.Working knowledge of design tools like Figma and experience with wireframing/whiteboarding.Proven track record of launching and managing product features that drive a meaningful impact for the users and business across platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).Experience delivering products from conception to launch by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.Experience defining metrics and data analysis to make product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and/or qualitative feedback.Strong analytical and design aptitude, with experience working with ML/AI teams to drive solutions.The ability to assess the impact of a feature not only on end users but also on the platform it’s being built for.The ability to anticipate risks early in the product lifecycle to formulate comprehensive mitigation plans.Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems with structured approaches.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to non-technical and technical audiences to communicate complex ideas simply and creatively.Great teammate with deep product management experience that is an expert communicator, coordinator, and collaborator that can work cross-functionally.Effective communication skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written abilities.As a full-time employee, you’ll enjoy:Unlimited PTO (with no waiting period), 10 annual Wellness Days.Time off to volunteer and charitable donations matching.Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.100% 401(k) employer match up to 10%, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).100% paid parental leave (including for non-birthing parents), family forming benefits, and Milk Stork, which provides access to breast milk shipping for business travel, surrogacy, and employee relocation.Investment in your development: mentorship through our Mentor Match program, access to 6,000+ online courses through Udemy, and an annual stipend for your professional development.Investment in your wellness: access to mental health support via Modern Health, and Insight Timer; paid concierge medical membership, pet insurance, fitness membership subsidy, and commuter subsidy.Free subscription to Tinder Gold.Salary InformationThe salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 a year. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in San Francisco. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
