We centralize workforce data, ensure data integrity and security, and provide intuitive tools that enable people managers, HRx, and service delivery teams to take administrative actions that align with business needs.Key job responsibilities:Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for brand new products, including S-Team level goals.Write and review PR/FAQs and other strategic documents with senior leadership.Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis.Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.Work closely and collaboratively with design and product teams from partner organizations.Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision.Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.A day in the life:You will be working with a unique and gifted cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to develop exciting PXT products and experiences for Amazonians across the globe.Inclusive Team Culture:
