echnical Project Manager, MarTech , to lead the coordination and execution of marketing technology projects. This role will work on a cross-functional MarTech Team with engineering and design and collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital Membership Growth, and the Digital Platforms teams.
As a Technical Project Manager of the MarTech Team, you will be key in overseeing ATK’s Marketing Technology stack, including subscription management platforms, CRMs, CEPs/ESPs, and CDPs, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and enabling scalable self-service approaches for supporting marketing initiatives. Your work will be instrumental in fueling subscriber acquisition and retention for our business while also powering personalized experiences for our users.Responsibilities:Manage the MarTech team's workflow,
ensuring projects are aligned with marketing goals and delivered on time.Collaborate with Marketing and Digital stakeholders , including Marketing Product Owners and Digital Product Managers, to gather and refine requirements.Oversee execution of projects to enhance existing tooling and integrate new platforms
that support marketing campaigns, including subscription offerings, landing pages, and data-driven lifecycle strategies (e.g., personalized email campaigns).Facilitate communication
between MarTech, Marketing leadership, and the Digital Team to ensure alignment on projects and priorities.Provide operational support for self-service tooling , running training sessions for non-technical users.Skills You'll Need:Strong technical understanding of MarTech platforms (e.g., ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, and Adobe Experience Cloud, and CDPs like Blueconic, Segment, and Twilio) and marketing operations.Proficiency in Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Strapi) to support content-driven marketing initiatives.Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and resource coordination.Proficiency in communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in marketing technology integration.Adaptability in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, IT, Project Management) or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in MarTech or marketing technology environments.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.Experience with marketing automation, ESP, CRM, customer data, and content management platforms.Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Sailthru, Piano.io, Blueconic, Segment, Twilio, and/or WordPress/Strapi is a plus.Exposure to digital subscription business models and user segmentation required to power lifecycle-driven marketing campaigns.This position is located in our Boston, MA office in the Seaport district. It is the expectation that the person in this role will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) in the office and 2 days per week remotely.About America’s Test KitchenThe mission of America’s Test Kitchen (ATK) is to empower and inspire confidence, community, and creativity in the kitchen.
