Salary: $52,000 - $63,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs in order to maintain properties in a first-class manner.
  • Conduct repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Experience with patching and basic repairs of TPO roofs is of significant benefit.
  • Be familiar with painting interior and exterior spaces.
  • Oversee and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruptions to operations. Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory of supplies.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and manage inventory of maintenance supplies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Provide support for facility improvement projects and renovations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
  • Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service-oriented
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Must be physically able to perform manual labor and lift/carry materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
