HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to diagnose and repair any issues that may arise. This position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Calculate the size of the equipment needed for a job.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Some on-call; typically 1 weekend/month.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Type II
