Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our financial operations, including the preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk management policies and investment strategies.
  • Manage payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Provide expert financial advice and recommendations to senior management to help them make well-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
  • Stay updated with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and their application.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, databases, and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
