Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule/walk-ins

Mandatory

Quals: BSP degree, RPH license in the State of Ohio, current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate, current BLS

Quals: Pharm D

Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio, BLS current, Immunization delivery
