**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a step-down unit setting.- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records.- Educate patients and their families about ongoing health needs and treatments.- Ensure that all patients receive compassionate and professional care throughout their stay.- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment and work effectively within a medical team.
