The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees.As an RN with Insight Global, you will ensure adherence to the nursing care plan by prioritizing patient care, enhancing the quality of life within your community, fostering innovation, delivering high-quality care, and upholding ethical standards.
Day to Day:• Efficiently manage resources during your assigned shift.• Foster a positive work environment that encourages both team and individual development.• Continuously monitor the workplace to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.• Act as a clinical resource for staff, patients, and their families.• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, enhancing overall operations
