Job Details:

Pay: $3,000.00 per week

$1,000 bonus & $400 additional travel reimbursement

Mileage reimbursement

12 week contract starting ASAP

5x8 Day Shifts / 40hrs per week

Requirements:

Active Oregon and Washington RN License

Must have at least 1 year recent Home Health experience

BLS via American Heart Association

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory reference
