**Must-Have:**- Willingness to float to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Emergency Room (for Critical Care holds)
**Job Description:**- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Utilize advanced skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care- Demonstrate proficiency in using Cerner for charting (preferred)- Adapt to dynamic and high-pressure environments- Participate in a non-billable 16-hour orientation session before starting regular duties- Ensure compliance with all required documentation and deadlines
