As a Prevention Specialist/Child and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing students for counseling need, risk screenings, individual, group and family counseling for emotional and behavioral health support, group counseling for students and referral to other appropriate mental health service providers or family service staff members. These services will include but are not limited to screenings, triage, and referral, individual support, group and family intervention, team consultation or staffing and school presentations in support of promoting a healthy school environment. In the Child & Family Therapist capacity you will provide therapeutic services to children, their families, schools, and communities. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, Child and Family Therapists actively contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
Salary:
Unlicensed: no experience required starting at $58,000/year (Depending on Experience)licensed: in State of Oregon starting at $62,640/year (Depending on Experience)We provide free In-House Licensure Supervision which on average could cost up to $100.00/hour saving the employee thousands of dollars a year.Productivity bonus ranges from $446 for 41% to $8910 for 60%.if therapist is able to spend an average of 60% of their time providing billable services, that is an additional $17,820 per year.Monday through Friday work schedule with hours to accommodate the needs of the Program.Benefits:

Completion of master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or another field.Eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapistPrevious work experience with children and/or adolescenceExperienced at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential or day treatment setting providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.You are mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth.Preferred:Psychiatric Care ExperienceDifferential Diagnostic Skills
