The Housing Company has a strong team of professionals both in the Boise office and at the properties. Fourteen associates in the Boise office support over 50 resident managers and maintenance technicians that are the frontier for the day to day management of the portfolio.In addition to the property management staff we have a development team responsible for the development of new properties as well as preservation through acquisition/rehab of existing properties. Together we are a full service development and property management company.We are seeking for a Quality Assurance analyst. The role of Quality Assurance analyst will oversee the testing phase of the production process to ensure final deliverables meet company standards. This individual will design, implement, and execute test plans, identify procedures for quality control, inform project teams of defects and errors, and continuously communicate to stakeholders. This individual will work collaboratively with resources throughout the organization to ensure quality standards are meDuties & Responsibilities•Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts ensuring they are repeatable and meet company standards.•Create and maintain QA artifacts.•Employ and execute various testing strategies including, but not limited to, functional testing, values testing, regression testing, black/white/grey box testing, smoke testing, and automated testing.•Document system and product defects and validate post-defect resolution.•Participate in system and product design reviews and provide input on the functional requirements, schedules, issues, and risks.•Participate in the evaluation and selection of QA testing tools and methodologies that best fit the company needs.•Lead and support projects to update necessary alignments or corrections of HR data elements across the organizationRequirementsRequired Job Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field required•5 years of experience in data analysis with foundational understanding of people data•Advanced skills in MS Excel, S-Ql, BI•Ability to manage multiple tasks, efficiently prioritize projects, and embrace new challenges•Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to find root causes of data quality issues required•Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required to work with different levels of business leadership, business users, and functional teams required•Proven ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional team environment.BenefitsBenefits•Medical & Dental Insurance•Vision Insurance•401(k) Matching•Paid Sick Time Leave and PTO
