Job Description:- Provide exceptional care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care- Perform procedures such as chest tubes, central line/arterial line placement, and sedation- Conduct rapid infusion, wound care, and targeted temperature management- Utilize Philips monitors and EPIC EMR system for patient documentation- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1, occasionally 5:1 during critical situations- Adhere to dress code: Navy scrubs, no fake nails, hair must be secured- Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work well under stress- Possess strong communication skills with providers, coworkers, and leadership- Engage in continuous learning and adapt to new technologies and equipment
