**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care to adolescents, adults, and a geriatric population in a thirty-four-bed unit.- Deliver care in acute care private rooms with telemetry capability.- Medication management and monitoring for patients with gastrointestinal and COVID conditions.- Utilize Cerner for electronic medical records and documentation.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.- Participate in holiday rotations, working two major holidays of the three: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and one minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.- Ensure patient safety and adhere to all protocols and regulations.- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
