As a member of our Quality Assurance Team, our next Quality Assurance Analyst will be exposed to multiple technologies (no legacy stuff here!). We have a very pro-development, collaborative work environment, and an annual bonus program.

Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts test and analyze the company's software product applications to ensure high quality and eliminate programing issues. They are responsible for overseeing the correct functioning of the applications and ensuring new feature and company standard requirements are met before product release. QA Analysts work directly with Product Management, Development Managers/Team Leads, and Software Engineers to formulate and complete testing plans and scripts, and test software applications. Additionally, QA Analysts assist Customer Care Agents and Implementation Specialists in trouble-shooting complex functionality issues at customer sites.
ResponsibilitiesTest, analyze for defects, and support equivant browser-based products.Deliver production quality software on time and within budget.Design detailed, comprehensive test approaches and produce test plans, test scripts, and high-quality release documentation.Participate in stakeholder/owner / development reviews.Proactively seek ways to improve user experience, application functionality, and testing practices and standards in coordination with the Development Team.Use internal systems and procedures to track and report work progress and time spent on task.Assist Customer Care Agents and Implementation Specialists with troubleshooting complex functionality problems/interactions and customer production site problems.Collaborate with Product Management on feature designs and producing detailed specifications.Any other reasonable or necessary duties assigned by management.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing of complex software applications and object-oriented and multi-tiered systems.Strong analytical and quantitative skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with and use of structured query language (SQL) and database knowledge.Excellent collaboration and verbal/written communication skills.Preferences
Capability of working on large-scale software projects and/or multiple product lines and versions simultaneously.Experience testing web applications and mobile applications.Familiarity with JIRA, Aha! or similar software development tracking software.Familiarity with Court and Judicial Systems.
