Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote events, promotions, and services across various channels.Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as flyers, digital ads, and promotional signage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including entertainment, food and beverage, and operations, to align marketing strategies.Assist in organizing and executing property events, ensuring successful promotion and guest turnout.Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing-related services.Support the execution of loyalty programs and other guest engagement initiatives to increase repeat business.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to help adjust and refine Caesars' marketing strategies.Ensure all marketing efforts are compliant with company brand guidelines and regulatory standards.Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and social media management software.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to use a computer and relevant software for job-related tasks.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and Caesars Rewards centers through the entire shift.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements of the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Responds to visual and aural cues.Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment: computer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine, ten key, embosser, printer, and bar encoder.Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
