Ratios: 1:2 patients or 1:1*Special Requirements: Would like a candidate with strong neurosurgical experience and familiarity with EVD's/post op crani, Stroke Thrombectomy/TNK*Years of experience REQ: 1 year experience required

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel (call off) 1 shift per calendar month without paying for the cancelled hours. The cancelled shift must be the regular shift length to which the Candidate is assigned (i.e. Client cannot break down the shift cancellation into smaller increments).

Special Requirements: Includes CABG/Valve patients, ECMO, LVAD, TAVR, Impella patients, also includes: neurosurgical population includes: EVD, post crani, ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, administration of TPA, Deep brain stimulators, Ant/Post laminectomies. OB hemorrhagic patients with Bakri balloon, Eclamptic post partum patients. Be familiar with Ventilators, Bi-pap, high-flow, and nitric oxide administration. Parking Cost: Staff who work the day and evening shifts can shuttle from Ryan Field, the service is available Monday through Friday. No shuttle on weekends or holidays, will be allowed to park in parking structure on the south side of the lot. Please remember staff must complete an application; present to parking office and receive a sticker that needs to be displayed on rear window.
