: 13 weeksCall: When Census drops, may be placed on standbyRequirements:CA License3 Years ExperienceMust be able to start their own IV's, strong clinical skillsBLSPALSOther Details:
First to floatFloating: To PICU for low acuity and burn ICU for appropriate level of care peds.No first time travelers# beds :35 (average census is 8 - up in winter, down in summer)Ratios: 4 to 1 both days/nightsEMR System: CernerTypes of patients: Respiratory distress, appendectomy, dehydration, DKA, seizures, general surgeries onlyEpic Travel Staffing:Day 1 health insurance coverage and comprehensive benefits options401(k) matching programWeekly direct depositConcierge state licensing program for RN and other healthcare modalities in multiple states, including CAIndustry leading allowances and reimbursementsReferral program with cash bonuses and additional perksExclusive job openings - Only at EpicEpic Elite Program - Priority status at top facilities and exclusive loyalty bonusesPlease note that all pay rates are estimates.
