Minimum 2 Years First Assisting Surgery experience requiredMinimum 4-5 years of pulling vein experience requiredEndo-vein harvesting & scrubbing exp requiredCertified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) requiredBLSOther Details:
Travelers must live 75 miles from facilityLocal not acceptedCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown
