Our year-long New Graduate Nurse Residency program providesthe mentoring and support you need to transition from student nurse toprofessional nurse. You'll be provided a three- to five-month unit-basedorientation, attend monthly seminars and learning activities, formulate anindividual professional development plan, and complete an Evidence-BasedPractice (EBP) project related to a unit specialty of your choice.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
