MedSurg/TeleShift : Nights / 7p-7:30a (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOW Length : 13 weeksWeekend Requirement "4 shifts out of 4-week schedule.Weekend shifts for nights are Fri/Sat & Sat Sun for daysHolidays Travelers are expected to work into the perm staff holiday rotation schedule (1 major holiday & 1 minor holiday)Requirements:

Ratios 1 to 4 tele patients; 1 to 5 MedSurg patients but could be assigned a mix of MS & telecould be 3 MS & 1 tele or 2 MS & 2 Tele, etc)Charge Nurse 24/7 They will have either a Nurse Shift Manager & a Resource nurse or they will have just a Charge NurseFloating Travelers are the 1st to floatCommon diagnosis / Types of patients General MedSurg patients including bariatrics & all total joints. Must be comfortable with this. CVA patients, a-fib, amiodarone, set rate cardizem, dopamine & dobutamine only for renal perfusion. No titration. Heparin & hyperglycemia protocol.
