We are seeking an experienced
Mainframe Developer/Programmer Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mainframe development, application design, and production support for large-scale, complex systems. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a global environment.Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience
as a Mainframe Developer/Programmer Analyst with expertise in
Natural programming .8+ years of foundational experience
with large-scale, complex mainframe production systems.8+ years of hands-on experience
in the design, implementation, and support of applications.8+ years of Mainframe Development
experience, including:
Design, analysis, and coding
using Natural programming, TSO/ISPF, JCL, and DB2.Experience working with
VSAM files .
8+ years of experience
creating project documentation such as:
Technical specificationsProcess workflowDatabase record and field specifications
8+ years of experience
troubleshooting and resolving incidents and business support issues in a mainframe environment.4+ years of testing experience
within a mainframe environment.4+ years of experience
with database management systems, including IBM Data Studio and Squirrel.8+ years of experience
as a Programmer, Analyst, or Systems Administrator.Key Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
to collaborate effectively in a global setting.Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills .Ability to
prioritize tasks
based on business impact and urgency.Capability to perform
application support tasks , such as system support, security reviews, and maintenance.Ability to
quickly learn new technologies
and methodologies.
