This position ensures the highest standards of quality, continuous improvement, and problem resolution to meet both contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team that drives operational excellence across internal and external partners.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING•Process Auditing & Continuous Improvement:Perform process audits to promote ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with both contractual obligations and customer specifications.•Problem Resolution:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, focusing on operational efficiency and long-term process improvements.•Team Leadership & Training:Lead or facilitate self-directed teams, providing guidance, training, and mentorship in key skill areas. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.AeroprodopsBasic Qualifications•Experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations.•Flight Line Experience &/or Working Around Operational Aircraft•Knowledge and/or experience with VAS, ALIS, JTD, JDL, JEDI, VISION, PDM, SFM, and QADS.•Experience/knowledge in process auditing, product validation, root cause, corrective action &/or continuous improvement.•Familiarity of Final Acceptance of product on the F-35 aircraft or similar military fighter aircraft.•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - e.g. macros, pivot charts/tables, etc.Desired skills•Working knowledge of industry standards (AS9100, ISO9001, DCMAI 8210, GFRC, etc.)•GFR Survey/AOI audit, or similar audits; preparation experience•Experience working/interacting closely with government customer (DCMA, APT, etc.)•Previous military or DOD experience in Quality Assurance•Experience mentoring and providing on-the-job training related to quality control methods, techniques and compliance requirements to the workforce.•Ability to plan, orchestrate maintenance actions in support of Production goals and schedule•Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement Experience•Ability to build and maintain a strong network or utilize their knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefits organizational goals.•Strong problem solving skills. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $71,000 - $136,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Premium Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800.
