Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.- Work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment with a multidisciplinary team.- Ensure compliance with patient care and clinical standards.- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation.- Participate in unit meetings and ongoing training as required.- Support virtual nursing initiatives, contributing to a flexible workforce.- Adapt to staffing needs due to leaves of absence and new orientations in the unit.
