The Role:
We are searching for a highly motivated Escalation Engineer (Tier-IV) to join our core applications team. The team extracts and analyzes huge amounts of data from the latest IT technologies available today. This team builds user space crawlers and kernel modules that process this data with minimal impact on memory, CPU, and network traffic.
The Escalation Engineer must learn fast and adapt to quickly changing technology in order to provide top-tier support for our product line. This position will investigate customer issues with our products and provide timely resolution while coordinating with our support and development teams.
The Responsibilities:Provide expert level technical support for our productsAnalyze, diagnose, and debug complex customer issuesCreate and implement patches, fixes, and diagnostic toolsTake ownership of escalations and drive towards resolutionAct as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other internal group20% of your time will be focused on development of code solutions and 80% will be focused on troubleshooting and analysis of product issuesCoordinate with other engineers from various product components to deliver successAcquire both broad and in-depth product knowledgeCreate and improve documentation to train support engineers to resolve support casesDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skillsThe Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience of proven development experience in C# & .NET technologiesProven experience with SQL DB and writing store proceduresWeb application development experienceFast technology adaptation.Understanding and experience with multithreaded programming.Excellent interpersonal skills.Availability to work occasional scheduled night and weekend shifts
