Job Description
Support customers and sales channels with product advice, selection, application, and set-upLiaison for engineering support on smaller customer projects and technical inquiriesSupport new products during the development phaseBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external customersEstablish and cultivate a working knowledge of products and their applicationsPrepare and present quotes, provide technical support post-sale, and maintain strong business relationships will be key to your successAdvise customer, distributors, and sales agents on product selection and applicationServe as a technical resource post-sale and assist with product investigationsMaintain relationships with established customers and support new business developmentTrain sales agents and distributors on product applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and develop product growth strategiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experienceProficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word)Proficient in using business systems to achieve results and improve processesStrong customer-facing skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectivelyExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and know when to refer issues to othersAbout Actalent
