Manage personnel resources within all internal engineering groups, consultants, and contractors. Work across multiple department lines, identifying resources needed both internally and externally, engaging professional design and engineering services, and general contractors.

Develop and maintain project budgets and project schedules to include traditional Gantt and PET charts, etc. Validate project requirements, design documents, prepare project bid information. Ensure project documentation is current, accurate, and complete.

Support and define project scopes with internal and external customers and oversee and participate in procurement of services and materials

Proficient in construction terminology and processes as it relates to the fiber plant systems, construction practices in the telecommunications industry.

Technical experience and or understanding of network technologies (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, etc...) and basic networking concept.

Ability to coordinate a team to design, test, and implement a communication network

Knowledge of routine, surveillance, and construction operations including / Fiber Optic / AC / DC / Wireline / HFC Networks, Facilities, and related components providing video, voice, and data services.

Knowledge in the operation of related field equipment signal level meters, AC/DC power test equipment including optical, time, and frequency domain reflectometers, underground cable locators, and leakage detection equipment.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of system design, city street maps, and complex network architecture, proficiency in map reading, with the ability to determine if requested sites are serviceable with GCI fiber or coax.

Skilled in developing project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones. Proficiency in creating and delivering "executive- level presentations".

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts within multiple departments.
