We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join our client's team. As a Senior SAP Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of various SAP modules, including SAP S/4, EWM, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, and BTP. You will be responsible for ensuring SAP systems are optimized and aligned with business processes, providing solutions to support the company's strategic goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, making it an excellent fit for a candidate with strong technical SAP knowledge and the ability to drive business solutions.Key Responsibilities:

SAP Design & Configuration:

Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of configurations for SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance expectations.Business Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with key business stakeholders to facilitate integration between SAP and other ERP systems, ensuring seamless operation and functionality.System Updates & Backlog Management:

Provide updates on project progress, backlog, and change requests to the relevant IT teams. Collaborate with solution architects and IT SMEs to ensure effective design and implementation.System Enhancement & Maintenance:

Work with SAP product support teams to manage system upgrades, recommend best practices for system improvement, and troubleshoot any system issues.Issue Resolution:

Identify recurring support issues, evaluate the need for systemic solutions, and manage them to resolution. Support Level 1 and 2 teams in documenting and resolving production issues.Testing & Quality Assurance:

Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and resolution of any issues. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution meets business needs.KPI Development:

Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements, contributing to the continuous optimization of business processes.Project Leadership:

Plan and execute project deliverables, aligning them with business goals and ensuring effective use of SAP resources. Serve as a key point of contact for SAP-related queries, offering expert guidance as a trusted advisor.Collaboration with External Partners:

Collaborate with third-party system integrators and other external partners to ensure the successful completion of project phases and seamless integration across the business landscape.Process Documentation & Redesign:

Provide recommendations for business process improvements and create necessary documentation for process redesign and optimization.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience:5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, with a focus on SAP systems.Minimum of 4 years working with SAP modules (S/4 EWM, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, BTP) in a hands-on configuration and implementation role.Experience with end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business processes.Prior experience as part of an SAP implementation team is a plus.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of SAP configurations, including change and release processes.Hands-on experience with SAP integration and troubleshooting.Familiarity with enterprise application integration best practices.Broad general IT knowledge (SDLC tools, productivity tools, general industry knowledge).Communication & Organizational Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.A dynamic, collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
