We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes, optimizing business operations, and driving organizational growth through data-driven strategies. Data Analyst will be responsible for creation of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. That candidate would have experience in early childhood / early education / health and human services business domain and familiarity of working with the public institutions, like municipal, state or federal government.

Development:

The Data Analyst candidate must have the following experience:Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Required Skills : Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Database Developer, Data Architect, Business Analyst or similar role. - Experience with database-backed web applications. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake). - Familiarity with data manipulation languages and the principles of database design. - Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications. - Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. - Outstanding problem solver. - Demonstrated experience in performing of 4 types of Data Analytics. - Descriptive Analytics tells you what happened in the past. - Diagnostic Analytics helps you understand why something happened in the past. - Predictive Analytics predicts what is most likely to happen in the future. - Prescriptive Analytics recommends actions you can take to affect those outcomes. - Demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing data quality issues. - Demonstrated multi-year experience with AWS tech stack (Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift), Salesforce, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau and MuleSoft . - Strong ability to research and manage complex data requests. - Sound oral and written communication skills. - High evaluative and interpretive skills. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support decision-making processes. - Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies or anomalies as needed. - Proficient with Structured Query Language (SQL) - creation of SQL queries to retrieve specific data from disparate data sources by specifying various search criteria.Rank :B2Requested Date :2024-03-22
