Senior Technical Representative

JOB SUMMARYThe Technical Services Representative will mainly provide technical assistance to the Director of Technical Services. Duties include, but not limited to, comprehensive project specification review, concrete proportioning, data management and materials quote preparation. Additional duties as directed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSConcrete Specification ReviewStatistical AnalysisData ManagementConcrete Mix ProportioningProduct Quality ControlTrouble ShootingAnalyze and interpret concrete test results and prepare reportsAbility to clearly present sustainability options utilizing Company RMC tools and softwareCOMPETENCIESExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and mathematics skillsetProficiency in concrete industry Lab and Production Software, PowerPoint, Office, Word and ExcelExpertise in cement and materials, supplementary cementitious materials, high performance concrete, and concrete and aggregate testingUnderstands Southern CA ready mix market and local material propertiesKnowledge of Local and company materials codes and standardsKnowledge of plastic and hardened concrete testing and proceduresEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEDegree in Materials Science or industry related experience2 or more years of experience in laboratory testingManagement or proven leadership experienceValid CA Driver's License and insurability
