Secret
clearance.
The Application Developer will support a highly capable and diverse team driving technical innovation. The candidate will design, develop, refactor, enhance, test and evaluate, and support software applications. The ideal candidate will be skilled in multiple web application languages, reverse engineering, and have a background in building scalable, user intuitive, high-quality and high performing web applications. The Application Developer will have experience as a front end software developer in building multi-tier framework software applications using object-oriented programming languages, such as Java and Python. The successful candidate will have experience in developing SOAP and REST APIs in a client/server environment such as Java and Python, writing and evaluating regular expressions, developing, debugging and/or refactoring code for programming languages, and scripting command line tools (e.g., Vim, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) to automate command tasks. The Application Developer will have knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM), web-related technologies HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, and any major database as such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. This role will focus more on Web development initially and then focus more on application development.

Requirements•Active Top Secret Clearance•At least five (5+) years of Application Developer experience•.Net Core 7/8 and React experience•Full stack developer experience•Basic knowledge and experience with Azure•Microservices with the knowledge of SOAP and RESTful APIs•Experience with HTML, Javascript,CSS, Typescript, and Postgres•Linux experience navigating on the boxes and Docker containers•GitLab experience with an understanding of GitLab CI/CD•Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems or related field of study, or in lieu of education, three (3) additional years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:•At least one (1+) years of experience with cloud application development that may include migrating on-premises applications•At least one (1+) years of experience with application development leveraging a SQL and/or PostgreSQL database as data storage•At least one (1+) years of experience with cloud (AWS preferred) application development and management
