Trillium Professional is now seeking a UKG BI Developer for work in Richmond!
The UKG BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards to support business operations, strategic decision-making, and workforce management. The role requires a strong understanding of UKG data structures, reporting tools, and the ability to extract, analyze, and present data in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:-BI Development: Design, develop, and implement custom BI reports, dashboards, and analytics within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform.-Data Integration: Work with internal teams to extract and integrate data from multiple sources (UKG, payroll, HRIS, etc.) to provide comprehensive reports and insights.-Report Customization: Customize standard reports provided by UKG to meet the specific business requirements of stakeholders.-Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets related to workforce management (attendance, payroll, scheduling, etc.) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.-Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.-Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate and resolve issues related to UKG BI tools, data discrepancies, and report performance.-Optimization: Continuously optimize BI tools and dashboards to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.-Training: Provide training and support to end-users on how to access and interpret the reports and dashboards.-Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of BI solutions, including data sources, design specifications, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-Experience with UKG: Hands-on experience with UKG BI tools such as UKG Pro, Kronos Workforce Central, or UKG Dimensions.-BI Tools Expertise: Proficiency in BI and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.-SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data across various sources.-Data Analysis: Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.-ETL Knowledge: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract and manipulate data from UKG and other systems.-Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex reporting issues.-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.-Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:-Certification: UKG product certification (e.g., UKG Pro, Workforce Ready) is a plus.-Workforce Management Experience: Familiarity with HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.-Cloud BI Solutions: Experience with cloud-based BI solutions and data warehousing.
Education:-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.-Equivalent work experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles may be considered.
