Administrative Assistant Intern
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
Assist with researching and contacting potential clients, brands, and agencies. Manage follow-up communications and ensure all inquiries are handled professionally.Scheduling:
Coordinate meetings, photoshoots, and calls. Manage studio calendars, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and adjusted as needed.Email Management:
Assist with organizing and responding to emails from clients, partners, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.CRM Management:
Maintain and update client and project information in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.Administrative Support:
Assist with various tasks related to studio management, such as organizing files, preparing proposals, and helping with general office duties.Project Coordination:
Help manage timelines, task assignments, and client deliverables to ensure projects are on track.Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Basic proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Gmail) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly).Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn (experience with tools like HoneyBook, Trello, or similar is a plus).Passion for the creative industry, with an interest in photography, fashion, or brand campaigns.Previous experience in client-facing or administrative roles is a plus but not required.What We Offer:
