CAS is currently seeking an Business Architect Manager for our Sales team.This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Summary:

The Business Architect Manager plays a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information. This person aligns strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and technology initiatives. The primary focus is the business motivations, business operations and business analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together. The Business Architect works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

Responsible for supervising a team of Business Analysts, this role will also provide day to day support to Business Analysts for best practice execution of requirements elicitation and capture, requirements standardization, end user testing and defect management.The role is responsible for the appropriate allocation and prioritization of work to expand, enhance and/or optimize existing Revenue Operations processes and procedures associated with key tools (primarily Salesforce.com, SAP EEC, as well as other associated integrated systems).

Position Accountabilities

Develop a business architecture strategy based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise.Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.Document and sustain the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions.Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes.Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.Capture the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.Evaluate existing and proposed business system needs and modifies processes to solve business problems and support new initiatives.Drive improved user productivity through developing and implementing new business processes and system solutions.Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency around key cross-org programs.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparency.Partner with CAS leadership to identify, maintain and present insightful periodic summaries of key project updates to the leadership team to drive timely decision making.Other duties as required.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Business, Business Computing, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.8+ years of professional experience.2+ years of people management experience.Ability to partner, influence, build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with internal departments, sales teams, and varying levels of management.Demonstrated program/project/resource management and/or cross-departmental leadership.Demonstrated understanding of data analytics, statistics, and customer master data.Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.Success in this role leans on influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, capable of operating at all levels, and can understand technical details quickly. The role calls strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, brings simplified solutions to complex problems in a technical environment, and does what they say they will do.Experience with SalesForce.com functionality, SAP ECC, Tableau and/or applicable business best practices and tools, metrics, pricing models and other Sales Operations background preferred
