Business Analyst

Job Description:Contribute to and execute on overall IT strategy to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.Gather data, create process flow diagrams, capture design interfaces, document process maps, identify root cause to issues, provide solid solutions, analyze inputs and outputs, translate business requirements into technical specifications.Create functional documentation, JAD, screen designs, report layouts, interfaces, features, stories, use cases, data models and mapping, inputs, outputs, and test cases.Process mapping, SOP, FRD, SIT/UAT ScriptingExperience on DocuSign Implementation, Salesforce integration and document the processExperience on MuleSoft and Informatica integrations and mapping of fieldsFacilitate, influence, and lead team-member peers in designing and defining solutions.Partners with the product owner and scrum master to assist with managing the product and sprint backlogs, Sprint Ceremonies.Recommend method and procedural changes. Define and document improvements.Collaborate with business partners and project teams to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical design, and implement solutions in RTB.Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.Understand and synthesize business information, requirements, processes, and issues.Elicits information to form customer/business partner software product usage, customer behavior, or other business metrics.Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams to demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process mapsEducation: Bachelors Degree
