ServiceNow App engine Studio [Flow designer, Action Designer], REST/SOAP Integrations (API - Inbound/Outbound integrations) in ServiceNow. Interface with external systems, DB Connections, Invocation/Integration with external workflows (Bot Queues, Salesforce etc), ServiceNow Order Management, Telecom, Agile. ServiceNow related Certification
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESExperience working in ServiceNow App engine Studio [Flow designer, Action Designer]Experience working with REST/SOAP Integrations (API - Inbound/Outbound integrations) in ServiceNow.Experience creating ServiceNow Interface with external systems, DB Connections, Invocation/Integration with external workflows (Bot Queues, Salesforce etc), ServiceNow Order Management, Telecom, Agile.Experience involving ServiceNow Workflow implementations.Experience working in ServiceNow Order Management modules for Telecommunications workflow scenarios like Order Management - Catalog driven workflows, Self-Service workflows and eBonding.Experience configuring product/service catalog with ServiceNow.Experience with Agile based delivery. Knowledge of best practices and standards. Strong self-starter who can deliver with minimal input.Work with the business and IT to facilitate integration into technology solutionsEffectively executing the Project through all phases of development through deployment.
