JOB TITLE: Administrative

Assistant

REPORTS TO: COF

JOB PURPOSE: Daigle Cleaning

Systems, Inc. is seeking an

experienced and highly organized

Administrative Assistant to support our executive

team. The ideal candidate will

provide exceptional administrative and clerical

support to ensure efficient

operations and assist in driving the company's

success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage executive calendars schedule meetings,

and coordinate appointments.• Prepare and organize documents, presentations,

and reports for executive meetings and presentations.• Conduct research, compile data, and assist in

the preparation of reports and presentations.• Handle incoming communications, including

emails, phone calls, and inquiries, with professionalism and confidentiality.• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and

accommodations for executives.• Assist in organizing and facilitating company

events, meetings, and conferences• Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate

record-keeping for executive documents.• Assist in special projects and initiatives as

assigned by executives.• Collaborate effectively with other team members

to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:• Required: High School graduate• Preferred: College degree BA or BS

Experience:• Proven experience 4 years as an• Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably

in a corporate environment.• Proficiency in office management software (e.g.,

MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with productivity tools.• Excellent organizational and time-management

skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively• Exceptional communication skills (both written

and verbal) with a high level of professionalism.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all

tasks.• Ability to handle confidential information with

discretion.• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
